The Body Shop, founded in 1976 in Brighton, England, by Dame Anita Roddick, is a global beauty brand and a certified B Corp™. Their North American marketing team wanted a marketing execution partner who had the expertise to cost-effectively streamline the production process for their seasonal, in-store merchandising displays across stores in the US and Canada.

From ideating unique brand experiences, to building out marketing portals, and sourcing ethically conscious marketing suppliers and installers, Kodi implemented the program end-to-end helping to bring those seasonal campaigns to life. 
Creating success

More than that, Kodi works with an intimate network of audited suppliers to ensure we can meet customer needs season after season. In the first year of the program, Kodi helped The Body Shop achieve a 38% savings on like-for-like items while reducing inventory by 59%, achieved through a customized ordering portal with distribution services.
